About the Project
Complete with new housing, a boutique hotel district, restaurants and cafés, retail shops, a mega yacht marina, public transportation, and 31 acres of public parks and green space, the San Juan Waterfront has all the ingredients to make it a thriving, walkable urban community. Most importantly, the San Juan Waterfront will return more than 2 miles of waterfront to the people of Puerto Rico, in the form of paseos, parks, bike paths and promenades.
